Great jacket! in my rating

My 9 year old son loves the jacket. As with many jackets, the sleeves are slightly longer and the waist can be a bit longer, but overall the jacket is of good quality.

Pros
  • I bought this XL jacket for my 14 year old son, it fits him well and also fits me as I usually wear a small or medium women's jacket.
Cons
  • Jacket sizing may not be right for every child, and some buyers report that the jacket runs small or is too tight in certain areas.

I bought the largest size for my son who normally wears a size 14 after reading other people's reviews and it fits snugly with enough room to move.

I'm so glad I found this jacket on the internet as all stores run out of spring/fall jackets. Great color and great fit. Very happy with it.

Small but fine jacket for the price

If you just order one size larger, it's enough. For the price, this jacket can't be beat. Great windbreaker, easily washable, well made, great insulating layer, wear layers for cold weather or no layer to protect against wind or rain in warm weather. It has zip pockets, mesh lining and a well-fitting hood.

Let's see what the larger size will look like. Unless your child is skinny or tall

Ordered size 10/12 for my 9 year old (soon to be 9). My son is tall and thin and wears a size 10 at 8 years old. But 10/12 size of this jacket is small. Now he feels good; He won't be able to wear a sports shirt underneath. I will exchange for a larger size. Another thing that worries me is that the bottom is a bit wide for this size.
