🔗 Richeson 50-Foot 1/8-Inch Metallic Armature Wire for Artists Review

The wire is a bit soft for my original purpose but I can think of a few other projects that would support its use. All in all a worthwhile purchase. I didn't find any flaws with the cable as reported in other reviews.

Advertised as 'non-staining' but when touched leaves a grey-silver coating on my hands. If I wipe the wire I plan to use with a rag soaked in alcohol it seems to come clean, but I can't give five stars because of this residue. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with the product.

It turned out exactly what I wanted. I dressed up as an octopus for Halloween and needed some wire in the tentacles to make them flexible. This wire is easy to shape and also strong enough to hold its shape. Easy to cut to length with standard wire cutters.

you should send me non-staining wire. I make white stuffed animals for shows and they messed up my polar bear. If you don't have a product, say so. Don't send anything else instead because now I'm very upset. Those last 2 cable orders don't even look like they were the right length. I think I messed it up!
