The item arrived carefully packaged. The edge of the 3rd hole, while attractive, pops and pops out when the hair dryer is placed in the hole, which is most of the time. The edges of the remaining 2 holes are firmly bonded to the faux leather, but the 3rd hole is torn off, making the product look ugly. Given the cost of the product, there should have been more quality control. Disappointed because of defect.

Haven't tried heat yet but love this box so far! My cluttered dresser has been transformed into a stylishly organized beauty space. It looks like a small drawing room in my bedroom. I've had this for a little over a year and I LOVE it. I hate dealing with cords and can't just leave my hair tools lying around. I have a linen closet next to the dressing table with an exit in the closet. I have this organizer on a shelf with an extension cord in a small tray that then plugs into the wall. I dangle the cords from the dryer, straightener, etc. in front of the extra linens on the bottom shelf so the cords don't get in the way. Whenever I style my hair, I open the closet door…

When I received the item, I initially liked it a lot. It was elegant and served its purpose. I removed it from the sink to keep it from getting wet. But there is a rag around it and it absorbs moisture in the bathroom. After only 3 weeks of use I noticed a white coating on its black finish and thought it needed cleaning. I quickly realized that it wasn't just fluff, it was mold growth. I emptied it and as I lifted the metal containers for the hot hair tools, BALLS OF WHITE MOLD grew underneath.

Ideal size for products, hair dryers, straighteners and brushes. At the moment I keep mine under the sink but once I have my vanity installed I plan to move it closer to the vanity. The inside of the holders is metal, so I put my heat-resistant glove on the bottom of the cup to keep it from damaging my flat iron. I didn't have this problem with the hair dryer because it's more plastic. It fits perfectly with the included nozzle. I also like that there is room for the power cord on the street…
