I like that they are willing work with you as much or little help is needed when it comes time for an appraisal/transaction closeout of your property management portfolio - this can be quite challenging at times! I have worked with Jacksons for over fifteen years now as both an employee of their firm (as well during my time at another REO) - so you know they are very knowledgeable! They understand how critical it is that we get our money back when selling foreclosed properties; this means getting them sold quickly AND making sure all necessary repairs/updates happen prior-to sale date!! A little more hands off than other firms would be nice but overall there's not too much dislike here either way…

Best of all was having an actual experienced team member working with us as opposed to just a computer program that we had no control over or input from!
