The product is very disappointing!

For workers, this product is really too bad and really not recommended. Printing is very slow, often hangs, really cannot be used.

Works Efficiently: Printer

Bought this to print labels for my business. It comes with a roll of 100 sheets of adhesive paper. Installation is easy, Bluetooth connects well and I can order prints quickly and easily. Highly recommended for business!

Very difficult to access wireless features

I bought this for my small business because of the wireless features, the printer itself worked fine, one item has allowed me to print successfully. I am returning this item as you went through an incredible number of steps to be able to print from an iPhone and it doesn't support wireless on a MacBook. You must download a separate app (with a 1 star rating) to print from your phone. I was also unable to download the software to print from a computer. Not for me

Easy to use and get started

Media failed to load. - I ship so many things for my business. I found printing labels with my regular printer was getting quite expensive as the ink was very expensive! So I was looking for a suitable thermal printer that would suit me. It was the right price with the right features. I don't have to worry about ink as thermal printing lasts forever. After months of searching for the right printer to save ink I found this one and it was worth it. I ordered this early in the morning, they brought it in the evening and started setting it up.
