best open source alternative in market for business intelligence

The most useful feature is it can extract data from any software or webpage using its API interface which helps me get valuable insights into my work without doing manual analysis myself all time! It's very easy-to use yet powerful as well; plus I love how responsive their support team was when we had issues with our account last year after upgrading one of our production servers - they even helped us migrate that server over before making sure everything works fine afterwards :) No problems at
