I like that it is easy to use with all of my different companies in one place! It's super helpful when you have multiple clients because everything can be kept separate from each other (even though they are under your account). I like that it is user friendly as well as very efficient to use once you get used to its layout. It also helps us manage our time better than we did with other tools in past years which was helpful because of how busy we were then! It's not super intuitive or easy at first but if your looking into using this tool definitely take some time out to learn all features available.
