My wife likes it but it was a little difficult to install due to the nature of the pipes in our bathroom wall next to the mirror. Straight wire offers a cleaner install but can be a bitch depending on your specifics of where the studs are and what else is in the wall. In my case it had to be above a square outlet box with two pipes going to the ceiling.
