JIGSAW SYSTEMS Review

I like that we can easily manage our data with this software as it's very user friendly to use! The only thing i dislike about jigsaw systems was their customer service department who were not always helpful or quick enough when contacted via phone call/email etc - they could be more proactive in responding quicker which would help us get back into production quickly if needed but overall good product well worth using especially since you have access from anywhere at anytime 24hrs 7 days per…

I am very pleased with our new system which has been in place since February 2018. The support from Team Jigsaw has been excellent - they are always willing to go that extra mile! We have had some issues over the past few weeks but these were resolved quickly by their team. Nothing at this time. Would be good if we could access all of our old data, but it's not possible as far as i know. But overall happy so far. Our staff feel more comfortable using the computer systems now compared to…
