Another great Jims tool

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Much better than having to install something and risking your expensive fork tubes if you have to work with it.

Save Your Cameras - Motorcycles & Power Sports

I can't count the number of times I've seen guys wrap a rag around fork tubes and put them in a vise to work on them. Half the time they get damaged. This fork leg holder is exactly what you need, it perfectly protects your tubes and makes them easy to handle. Do yourself a favor and grab a set.

Pros
  • Automobiles
Cons
  • Minor Repairability

Overpriced Third Hand

I bought this tool to help overhaul a front fork on my 2011 Roadglide. Bought specifically to hold the fork while I loosen the fork cap to remove the inner spring. He didn't hold the fork tight enough to loosen the cap. I was very disappointed with that. It was helpful to have a third hand for the actual disassembly after removing the cover and internal spring.

Pros
  • Fluids and Service
Cons
  • Reliability
