In general I am very happy with this purchase! Honestly I didn't think it would work since it's so cheap, but I was pleasantly surprised. It heats up in about five to ten seconds, and the heat from the plates doesn't transfer to the rest of the iron, so you can iron your hair easily without burning yourself. I definitely recommend it :)

Great. I was surprised that something so small heats up really well and super straightens :) With shorter hair now I don't need a huge straightener and it works for my newly trimmed hair.

I have two. I have one at work and use the other at home. I have short, thick, wavy hair that I let down every morning. I live in Florida and when I come to work the humidity completely changes my lifestyle. This straightener works so well for correcting imperfections, straightening hair again and smoothing out frizz. I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use for serious straightening of long hair, but for touching up and short hair it's great. Very light weight and easy to handle.
