Likes: Soft cushion, ability to use a tripod without removing this strap, secure mounts, can be used with a quick neck strap. Dislikes: Bad smell, soft lining makes my hand sweaty and uncomfortable for indoor and summer use, it makes my hand hot! The metal plate is nice, but it adds quite a bit of weight to the camera. The metal plate does not attach securely, no matter how hard I try, it rotates. The strap is generally average. Maybe good for a cold winter time but definitely not for the heat.

This strap is comfortable and the build quality seems good. However, the rubber between the mounting plate and the camera does not feel "sticky" enough.
