The wick burns for 30 seconds, then flickers and goes out. I've tried different wick lengths and lamp oil amounts, every time it dies within 1 minute. This is a waste of money and I am concerned that they may not accept a return as the wick has clearly been used.

I had to keep lighting them (5 times) and they still don't burn. I give up. I really wanted them to work. Planned to give Tiki. CM. Correction: Disclaimer. You have to fill the bottles. That's the only way they work. So fill up the bottles, wait half an hour and you will be happy. Works as it should.

Very high quality wicks included. however, they do not screw into the supplied bottle caps/fittings. The snuff boxes came with a different cap as shown in the picture and will not stay on the bottles. All in all an absolute disappointment with the purchase. I ended up going to my store at home and found a faucet that worked with wicks.

These sets have worked great in my wine bottles. I had 2 different types of wine bottles and they fit perfectly in one and were too big in the other. I just bought some "thread seal tape" that's used for plumbing and I wrapped it around the threads of the part that goes in the bottle until it was snug against the bottle. It worked great!

It's great. I filled a bottle with citronella fuel and scattered it around the garden to keep bugs out and provide light when I'm grilling. They give a good high fire and even burn in the wind. However, be sure to secure the bottom of the wine bottle in strong winds. I have found they work well with squat, wider bottles as long as the bottle has the same opening size as the wine bottle and they are sturdier. .

Metal stopper not suitable for all wine bottles. Most of my bottles were undersized due to the metal stopper and o-rings. As a result, we had to remove the o-rings, but this resulted in the bottle not fully closing. Seems like a good product if you have the right wine bottles. Be sure to check the fit BEFORE assembling the tank and adding fuel. And don't press the cork or you risk breaking the bottle.
