shampoo and conditioner was in new pristine condition, packaged with a strip which another reviewer said was not on their product. I can't see any increase in volume, even with the word "full" on the packaging. Both products are easy to use in snap-top tubes and only need to be reapplied in exceptional cases (hair with dry shampoo). They clean and maintain well.

I have fine but thick naturally blonde hair. It didn't give me extra volume or fullness but it did make my hair look like it was a day old. I can only use this on the days when I plan to wear my hair up or in bobby pins. It smells nice when applied, but doesn't stick to dry hair. I will neither buy nor recommend this product. I really wanted to love this shampoo but it left a horrible residue on my hair that seemed to make my hair greasy faster. At the end of the day I was itching to shower again to wash my hair with a different shampoo. There was some volume but my hair was dry (similar to some strong dry shampoos).
