My son got this as his first Christmas present. We walk a lot in our area. The quality on this is fantastic. My 10 months was full of smiles during the test drive. We live in a cold climate so we're waiting for spring to really try it on the road.

Assembly would be very easy if many parts were cut properly. Poor design and material, my child is 2 years old and we walk 3 miles outside daily. The wheels are small and built for natural terrain, the steering is terrible and you have to rock back and forth to keep it straight. The seating area is safe and comfortable.

We had to fix the tray over the rear wheels (drill 2 holes and put a zip tie) because my grandson was playing with the bike and was pushing the tray and it came loose. Due to the bike's frame, his weight fell forward and he cut his cheek on a sharp piece of plastic that snapped around the frame. Quickly solved, but good to know for others. Likewise . A braking level on the rear wheels that can be operated by an adult would be great.

Do not recommend this product! The main part of the tricycle is ok so far but it's hard to judge as my son hasn't figured out how it works yet. I judge by the parent part. If you hit something that offers resistance, like grass, bad roads, gravel or anything that isn't a smooth road, the retractable handle folds down. The steering is also very weak, so I have to turn it very hard to try to steer the tricycle. After a short period of use, things became loose and hardly worked anymore. I cannot…
