The day before I bought these I was angry and broke my previous coffee grinder because it got stuck in the drawer again. This coffee grinder is foldable and fits perfectly in any cupboard drawer. With this pusher I don't have to worry about that beast coming out again.

Love the curved shape that allows you to completely mash the rim of the pot. No issues with the handle lock so far, but it doesn't "snap" into place, so there's not much certainty that it's locked. It's a pleasure to use. Does its job well and is easy to clean.

I was very happy to try this. In theory it's great for storage and use, but during the first 30 seconds of its use the sliding floor lock kept rising and the pusher collapsed. I couldn't really make a pot of mashed potatoes. Very disappointed.

I just want to say I LOVE Joseph Joseph! Your products are so functional. My stupid box always got stuck before and I was so happy about that. When you slide over this little thing, the pusher becomes very strong. All the material is very durable so don't worry if you're feeling like an intense crush, this will work for you :)

I was sorting my drawer and found I always struggled with the old fashioned pusher we had in there! Then, after a few minutes on the internet, I found out that someone had a brilliant idea to help us poor people. Works like clockwork! Very easy to assemble, disassemble and use. So far it has been used with potatoes and yucca without any problems. Before cleaning, make sure you soak it first and remove large bits of food. Really wish it would work well as my crush was often stuck in a drawer. Maybe good for potatoes. But I use my crusher for egg salad, bananas, strawberries, etc. The first thing I tried was eggs for salad. Definitely terrible for that. The nylon just isn't sharp enough. The eggs get stuck in the holes and are difficult to pick out. If I still need my old stainless steel crusher, it's best to put it in a donation box. A stainless steel collapsible crusher instead of nylon may be fine.

I've had it for a while but just got to the review. In general I like it. I bought this so my roommates wouldn't spoil my pans with a metal bang. It's a little harder to use than a regular press. It doesn't blend as well as I would like, so it takes a little longer to blend. I could see that it was more difficult for older people. There is a small flaw in this product that could be fixed if fixed but it's still a brilliant product. The flip angle locking mechanism sometimes comes loose during mashing. It's also the best feature. No more fiddling with drawers just to use a coffee grinder! I love it!
