The strap stays on the shoulder. You can get a lot in this handbag. I bought yellow, it's more of a mustard color. I don't care, it's bright and cheerful anyway. I will order in another color.

Unfortunately I never received my bag. Revain's exceptional customer service has paid off. I saw this bag in person as a friend has it and advised me to get it too. It seems to be a very good vegan bag.

I like the shape of this bag as well as all the color options. This is the third one I've bought. The only downside is the limited number of pockets inside, although a separate pocket is a good alternative. This is ideal for use at any time of the year.

Nice appearance, good size (big pocket and inside pocket). You can use the inner strap to make a large crossbody (or crossbody) bag! (The straps for both bags are detachable.) So incredibly versatile. And can be slipped into your own included pouch/bag. Yes, a zippered pocket in the large interior would be ideal.

i bought this bag because my daughter had one and when i saw it i just fell in love with its look, feel and weight. It appears to be well made and has plenty of room inside as well as an outside pocket big enough for my phone and a few other items. I bought the black one with the brown adjustable strap. When I received my package from Revain and opened the bag I was surprised to find a shoulder bag inside - win win!
