JOYUSING High Definition Optical Digital Document Review

I was hesitant to purchase this digital camera as I am not a seasoned photographer, but I am glad I did .The clarity of the pictures and its high definition optical zoom feature are beyond amazing. As my tests showed, photos taken with this camera came out crystal clear even in low light conditions. I was even able to capture some great wildlife shots on my outdoor trip. I am having a hard time rating or reviewing this item as I sent it back because it was not working properly. I couldn't get this thing to work and I didn't want to waste my time playing with it. And I give this company the benefit that maybe it was the operator (me) after all. I expect everything to work right away and I don't have the patience to call people for help who aren't answering the phone anyway.
