OEM part that came with my trailer. But after purchasing this part to replace the original manhole cover decided I decided to use the separate Marinco cord instead: Marinco (30RPCRV) 30 amp right angle locking cord, w/ ParkPower 301ELRV 30A outlet, white with stainless steel finish The idea of running the cord through inside the RV was never a good idea The original part stayed with me for over a decade.

This cover is well made and durable. When the 30A cable is plugged in, the lid snaps firmly into place. I have a 2016 Scamp and had to enlarge an existing hole by an eighth of an inch to fit the lid. It took 3 rivets to drill to remove the old cover. There is no need to electrically disconnect the 30A cable as the plug moves through the rear hole in this cover. It would be nice if butyl tape was included for assembly. Aluminum rivets 3/16" long and 1/8" are used to mount the cover.

My trailer tent is very dated compared to today. But who wants to buy a new one and take out a loan for it? So we try to upgrade or replace and this part fits perfectly. It fits perfectly with the one it is replacing which was so dry it crumbled in my hands when I removed the old part. The plastic will dry out over time so hopefully this company will continue to sell them. The bad news is that the part doesn't come with new foam padding. I bought two of these to replace the old worn out ones on my old 10ft Jayco pop up motorhome. They are suitable both for the gas line of the outdoor stove and for the power cable entry.
