For a seam guide this is quite expensive but works great. Being able to fold it out of the way without having to re-level makes it worth every penny.

This worked great until I tightened the thumbscrew. Using only my weak, old, arthritic hand, I immediately removed the thumbscrew and the thing became useless. The seller was kind enough to send me another type that works just as well and doesn't have a swingarm. It's not what I wanted but it's better than nothing and I really appreciate their quick response during COVID 19.

This item is not exactly the same as the one on the Juki website although it is very similar. JukiHomeSewing posted a video on YouTube and it looks the same. Suisei is on the bag and in the manual. I'm not sure if this is a real Juki. However, it is well made, very durable, has a good weight and works great. It arrived quickly and well packaged.

I ordered this item because I quilt a lot and have a 1/4 stitch problem. I've tried the tape and it works, but this guide is simply the best! In addition, it is adjustable. I don't quilt just so I can adapt it for other types of sewing. It attaches to my machine with two very small screws and then the seam allowance bar is adjusted with another screw. The installation only takes a few minutes. It also prevents me from sewing on needles! A bad habit I am trying very hard to break! It's a good…
