The color looked pink on my lips

I was expecting Dusty Orchid Shimmer to be a shimmery purple and maybe it is on others. For me it's a disappointing pink. I say disappointing because I don't like the way pink lipstick or lip gloss looks on me and I never buy lipstick that color. It's moisturizing, but I have a cheaper lip balm that I like better than this one. In my opinion, 14 euros is too much for this product. I will not buy this product again.

Is that a balm? is it lipstick Yes! Both! I bought a shimmering dusty orchid and this color really suits me. My skin tone has a lot of peaches in it, but my gray hair completely dominates the colors that suit me. All the cool colors that looked awful on me now look great. This dusty orchid has a mauve hue. Pretty terrible lips

I bought this Apricot Nude lip balm. It's a shame I spent €12 on it. Claims to be a balm and moisturizer. It is dry and leaves marks/stickiness on the lips. So when your lips are dry, not only does it NOT moisturize, it accentuates your dry lips and the residue stays on your skin until you need to clean/scrub it. Wow! The color is very nice. I have the rose nectar cream and it gives a youthful, plump pink look. It is very nicely designed and the item itself looks cute. Looking at the part of the stick, the color is on the outside and a neutral balm in the middle. So when applying, you are applying both color and balm.
