Article arrived disassembled although the two outer boxes were not damaged. The quality of this product is extremely poor. The drawer is misaligned. All separators don't even stay in place. This product should be maxed out at $15-$20, not $40. I thought about returning it but there is no comparable product on the market. So after spending a ridiculous amount of money on a cheap product, I had to spend a lot of time gluing everything together.

I am a very organized person and this product really helps me in that regard. I pay my bills within a month. When I receive an invoice I just put it in the slot for the date I want to pay it. There is a handy drawer for mailing labels, stamps etc. I do most of my business online so I don't need stamps/mailing labels very often but they are there when I need them. I bought the second organizer after returning the broken first one (the drawer didn't open easily). I wasn't allowed to exchange it, so I sent the first one back and paid a whopping $14.95 for shipping. When the second arrived, the center slats fell to the bottom of the organizer. Update: I tried grinding the track to make the drawer open and close smoothly, but it didn't work. Upon closer inspection, I grabbed a speed square and found that both the base and the drawer are made of square, which makes the drawer not slide smoothly. ---Made of very fine wood; not strong and looks brittle. The organizer was delivered intact. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was a bit worried because there were so many negative reviews but mine was fine.
