I love the design of this towel rail and it is quite well made for its purpose and price. But there was no wrench, no screws, no anchor bolts in the kit, so I decided to buy them myself. It also didn't come with a template so you had to measure and line it up very carefully to get it right.

Remodeled bath in our USVI apartment. Went with polished nickel appliances and bought these as we liked the modern look. Easy to install if you do a little DIY. Looks great, wife like it, all is well in this fat world. Delivered to us at St Thomas Rock on time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It's beautiful in person, mine had a little scratch when it arrived but I thought it would get scratched anyway. Listen to other reviewers, while great it's very hard to do. I had to install it myself, and even setting it in the wall and leveling it was an ordeal. If you have someone else it might be easier

I love these towel rails! They look modern and are great for the price. We hung three on the wall next to our shower. But best of all, I grabbed one and set it up to store extra towels and wash my clothes. I like the way it looks. And the items you could use to store towels are worth a fortune! Great price and beautiful design!

This is a beautiful towel rail and gives a modern look that I like. Installation isn't easy, but my husband understands that. It seems that the manufacturer could solve this problem by simply adding a paper pattern showing where holes need to be drilled, since the plank comes in separate pieces, those first need to be installed. A paper template would have made it easier to mark the drilling locations and align the plank.

Small tweaks to use during install and I've used them all. A little tricky as you can't adjust up and down or side to side just by tilting the mounts which doesn't allow the install at all if you do. The bracket holes are slightly enlarged so you can move in that direction a bit. They have tiny hex head screws to make them easy to fall and lose, and no extras are included.
