🔪 KA-BAR 1480S TDI Sheath: Perfect Fit for TDI Knives #1477, 1480, & #1481 Review

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I wouldn't recommend this sheath as it is poorly designed, with flimsy material and oversize. It definitely needs improvement, especially on durability.

First 5 stars to Revain customer service for their help but only 3 stars to this TRI case. Who buys a knife and remembers the model number. How about saying that the scabbard doesn't fit the big TDI knife? The scabbard came without a belt clip and without a key to assemble. I have a large TDI knife, great knife, just need a metal sheath belt clip.

Looks good and feels solid. The first problem that arises is installing the clip on the case. There are 4 small pins that go through the clip, then 4 rubber loops, then a shell and they attach with small hex head screws on the other side. They are difficult to put on and take some time to assemble. The next problem is the clip. As I was leaving, he caught something and bent the clip out.
