Great snowshoes!: my rating

Bought 5 years ago. Fits as expected. They're fully waterproof and the toggle-adjustable upper sits close to the body to keep snow or water out. Strong yet lighter than many other snow boots in the same size. My child runs and plays in it all day even when there is no moisture. And on snowy match days, his feet stay dry and warm. The liner comes out and comes back easily which is a plus. I highly recommend this boot. Will be buying again as we need to increase the size.

Pros
  • Great boots but the liners are terrible and cause dents
Cons
  • Boots tend to have a short lifespan and may need to be replaced each season.

Durable quality is the best in my rating

My son was able to wear them 2 winters in a row and they never wore out and kept his feet dry. Sometimes his feet got wet when he blew snow from above. Overall great winter boots.

Pros
  • My son loves these. They have good support and keep feet warm and dry.
Cons
  • Ideal for winter and walks on the ground. Very warm and comfortable, my son loves it.

Good youth snowshoe

I got this for my son. They fit just right. He wears them outside to play snowballs and do chores around the house. They're waterproof, warm and, he says, comfortable.

Pros
  • I have my older boys, a pair each, and they love them! Wear them in the snow and mud. Easy to clean!
Cons
  • The boots do not have a secure lacing system and can easily come loose.

A very good quality! Second pair of sons.

This year I bought this brand for my son's winter boots because he has outgrown the previous boots. The previous shoes are still fine, apart from the fact that they don't fit him. I will continue to buy this brand for him as long as he wears it. I rode it 2km today. They keep his feet warm and dry in winter.

Pros
  • Perfect winter boots for my little boy
Cons
  • Boots become slippery when walking on icy surfaces.

My best shoe rating

I got them for my active toddler. The best boots ever. Durable, non-slip, warm, easy to put on and take off. I buy it every winter now. Great reliable product.

Pros
  • These boots are amazing, warm and very easy to put on. My son loves her.
Cons
  • Boots do not provide adequate stability for overpronators.

The best children's boots - my new test report

We love these boots so much we keep buying bigger as the kids grow. My son says they are warm and comfortable. The best feature is probably the removable liner. Because of this, they are very easy and quick to wash and dry.

Pros
  • Unfortunately my baby got a few sizes up so they didn't fit, but they are good quality.
Cons
  • I ordered them for my daughter. Your legs are FREEZING. Such a waste of money. :(

Great budget boots

Really surprised at how good these boots are for the price and will definitely be buying them again next winter. I hate the cost of snowshoes every year as they are only used for such a short amount of time, but living in Chicago makes it a necessity. My son says they are very comfortable and warm and wants to wear them even when there is no snow.

Pros
  • Durable construction stands up to rough play and harsh winters.
Cons
  • Boots may not be suitable for people with back pain.

Great boots for outdoor activities in my review

I bought them for winter and they were good in that they were a little large for thick socks in the snow. In spring/summer I can remove the lining and use thinner socks and the growth spurt will make them great wellies. Solid rubber so nothing gets in unless it's on top. I wish they were a bit taller and/or more arched at the top, but other than that these are solid, great boots that wash/wash out easily.

Pros
  • Great boot for snow and cold.
Cons
  • Boots do not provide good grip on slippery surfaces.

Permanent condensation inside!

We've had them for 3-4 weeks now. There's not much cold cushioning on the bottom, so I bought extra insoles. After the first use (no snow, no rain, just cold) I removed the inner shoe to put in a new soft inner sole. When I put the insole in, I felt water droplets on the back of my foot. Since then I've checked after every use and they're really wet all the time! I'm not sure if it's due to sweaty feet, but I don't understand how sweaty feet can drip outside of the lining. the best kids boots

Kamik winter boots are the best. I bought this model for my wife with small feet and my grandchildren. I wear a similar model. We live in the West Catskills on a mountainside. These wool-blend sock boots keep feet warm and dry in all weathers. They remain flexible in sub-zero temperatures, are light and have a good grip. Last winter all of our grandkids came to visit and it was 6 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I plowed our 500 foot driveway and they decided to ride the entire length on a sled…

Pros
  • boys
Cons
  • you could choose a newer model

Best snowshoes my son has ever had!

I am tired of buying new boots every year that are not of the highest quality or sacrifice comfort and functionality for my adolescent 7 to 8 year old. If we can even find boots locally (seriously, a BIG if, and yet we live in Wisconsin. I still can't figure out what it is), they're lousy boots that barely last a season and don't always fit him . the best, if not the cheapest. I've already moved to Lands' End for the rest of his winter gear, but boots are always tricky. They have to fit, look…
