Terrible customer service

I've been buying Kasa/TP Link bulbs, switches and plugs for years and think they work great but that's because I've never had a problem. Then recently on Prime Day I bought 4 packs of colored lights and one bulb didn't work. I contacted support and went through their checklist and they agreed it was buggy. They then emailed me saying I should send them the serial number and proof of purchase, which I did. Then they emailed me that I need to register the product and fill in all the information…

Very important! - LED bulbs

There are so many smart lightbulbs on the market today that literally some YouTube channels are dedicated to smart lightbulbs only. Unfortunately, many of these lamps are quite expensive. My house is medium sized and has over 40 lightbulbs. The costs can add up quickly! I was happy to find these Kasa bulbs for about $8 a bulb. It really is good value for money. These new Kasa bulbs are disconnected from WiFi. Old models never turn off.

I have been using Kasa Smart Bulbs for several years. Their old models (like the white LB120) are just great. Some of them are still in my apartment and they work great. These newer models (color KL125) work fine aside from the annoying fact that they randomly disconnect from WiFi, especially when the light is off but the bulb is still on (the light switch is on but the bulb is off) .
