I ordered silver and they sent me gray

I ordered a silver mount and they sent me a gray which mirrors what others have said. The listing flatly lies about it being silver. In addition, the hex key that was sent does not fit on the bracket, it is too big. Didn't even want to send it back, ended up straight in the trash can where it belongs.

CATASTROPHIC FAILURE on first use. Weak plastic, you can lose what you assemble.

DO NOT BUY, install anything with ground on Garmin mount part or ride over bumps. The black plastic used for attachment is brittle and fragile. When I hit a bump on my first ride with this mount at high speed, the plastic cracked and my headlight came loose. He returned with a searchlight in hand. If you expect your items to remain mounted while driving, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I don't know why people give it 5 stars

Kbrotech damaged my bike computer mounting plate. This product was not built with great precision. My bike computer mounts and makes a very nice tactile click. But unfortunately the tabs on my bike computer mounting plate warped because the perimeter piece on kbrotech was too tight. On the other hand, the depth of Kbrotech is too deep. Therefore, when the device is installed, it shakes. Is it tight but loose? That sounds great on paper. Aluminum, suitable for Garmins, Cat-Eye bike computers…
