As others have pointed out this hat will not give you a baggy effect - the fabric is too stiff and the excess (which is superfluous) is pointing up and out like the pope's miter. I looked ridiculous in that hat. One of the problems is that in addition to being stiff, there is a thick seam at the end of the flexible part that keeps it upright.
