Completely falls apart in less than a month of wearing! My daughter had the exact same shoes for school last year which lasted until earlier this year, the only difference is that last year I bought them from a poinsettia in New Orleans, this year I bought them from Revain. I want to return my money but "the return window is closed"

We loved these shoes for school! My daughter wore them about 2-3 times a week alternating with another pair. After three months the floors came off and now you can trip over them. Disappointed because we really liked these for school. The return window is closed, so we're out of luck.

This shoe was too narrow for even the average foot. Also, the strap caught my foot every time I tried to close the boot. I ordered two different sizes and neither fits. Lots of reviews for the same thing. The manufacturer should consider fixing the problem.

These shoes are almost perfect. I bought them twice for my daughter but both times I was disappointed with the width. Most of the time she can wear normal shoes, but even the wide width in them seems too narrow to her. The strap is difficult to fully close, so it closes with velcro halfway (which looks odd) and often swings open, which frustrates my daughter.
