We bought this for our new glass hob. The bottle was smaller than I thought, hence the 4 stars. It claims that it cleans difficult dirt easily, but that's not the case. My husband spilled some fat on the hob while cooking and couldn't clean it right away so he made a ring around the element. I bought this to remove the ring but it doesn't do that.

The husband started saying that we need to buy a new hob because ours looked terrible. I really didn't want to do this as the hob works really well. I've searched and found this. It's 100% worth buying! Our oven looks like new! I couldn't believe how much shit I could scrape off of him. Now I use a few times a week to keep the glass looking shiny. I'm so glad I tried this before doing anything else. Worked very well and didn't scratch anything.

Although I've been a fan of Bar Keepers Friend for several years, this hob cleaner is amazing. I've tried many cleaners on my glass cooktop but this one got rid of some of the stains I was working on. I still have a stain on the edge of the burner but I'm sure a little oil on the elbow will clear it up. Washcloths are easy to hold, but do their job perfectly. They also dry quickly and don't seem to stink. I definitely recommend this purchase.

I've been very happy to use this but so far my experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I was disappointed with the results after trying to clean my electric range. I left it, used hot water and lots of elbow grease, and there was still a lot of burned garbage left. Product works great! I hate the oven but love this product! Our new house has a glass stove which was very disappointing as we come from a place with a gas stove.
