My kennel warmed up beforehand and I didn't know if he would like it but he does! He prefers to sleep on it and it really helped. He fell off his rope and wooden poles when his nails were being cut, and now and then. now it never crashes again!

I like this product. I bought this to have a different type of surface for my budgies. It quickly became a broccoli feeding station. Two of my budgies ride it at the same time with no problem. I use a toothbrush and water to clean the surface and don't see any shards.

My African Gray turned this into a shambles in just a few days. Maybe it was his way of telling me he was too small for him. I wish I could find a slightly larger one and in oak. But it couldn't possibly be big enough for a large macaw or a medium-sized gray parrot.

This perch is ideal for birds that don't chew on wood. However, I have a Senegal that is chewing and there are small nails sticking out of the junction of the platform and sides that can seriously damage it. Just not suitable for parrots in my opinion BUT good for small birds like budgies etc.

This wooden perch is just what I was looking for! I have a Sunday parakeet and this wooden platform is perfect for him! He likes to take his little ball up to the corner platform and play with it on the wooden pole. He also catches his poop when it gets into the food bowl! I can only recommend this item and will definitely buy it again!

Fits my canary well in a standard width cage. I like that it comes with holes to insert a screw and washers because we ended up zip tying it to the bars to avoid damaging the bars. This is a very nicely made platform, he loves to sit on it. So far we are very happy with this purchase.

Our Quaker loves a flat perch. We cut an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet into four squares and cut the corner to keep the paper from hanging off the pole. This is his dream at night. Remove the paper in the morning and put in a new one! Makes cleaning his favorite rod easier. He loves it as much as he loves the natural branches in his cage.

I bought this for my bird as he was unable to balance on his normal perches after a recent head injury. He was there every day after we put him in his cage, so I'm guessing he was a fan. Unfortunately he has since passed away. I'm glad I bought this so his final days were more comfortable and he didn't keep falling. We will definitely be using this again once we are finally ready to move on and get a new bird.
