Kekow Small Trash Bags, Green, 1.2 Gallon, Pack of 125 Review

I use these Kekow bags in a small compost bin that sits on my sink. The bags are very durable and of high quality. They don't flow either. I highly recommend them.

I should have read more carefully. This product appeared while searching for compostable bags. Upon delivery you can see that this is not the case. Very disappointed, but learned a lesson: don't trust the quest for Revane.

False advertising! They came about when I was looking for 1 gallon composting bags. They are clearly green in color to fool people into thinking they are compostable. This is a complete bs.

It is almost impossible to open the bag without dividing it along the side gusset. The perforation or seam is microscopically broken and when you try to open the bag at the crease it does not open at the top but breaks at the crease. Now the pocket is open on the side and unusable. I estimate that 5-10% of the bags are defective.

I don't know why they show up in compost bag search results (either because of the same size or because the product seller adds that keyword to the product info, which is wrong), but I knew what i bought when i bought her. I bought these to replace the Hefty Scrap Bags. Anyone remember these? Little white bags, 50 per box, that you put on Hefti's plastic frames. Usually placed next to the food waste sink. They are no longer commercially available so I use a large plastic coffee can to fill them and I have to buy these packs in batches online. They become more expensive; maybe there is limited stock.
