Very nice thing. I bought it for my son for e-learning. Unfortunately, you first have to wind up to 60 seconds and then to the desired time. It wasn't as easy as I wanted.

I use it for my 6 year old son to time schoolwork that takes 20 minutes. Convenient for the child, he could use it himself. It ticks just after the call that the time is up, but only for a few seconds, doesn't bother at all.

This was purchased with the intention of helping our third grader manage time whilst attending this school with social distancing.1. She likes it very much, said it is cute.2. Works well and has a good ringtone so when I'm somewhere else I can hear it at home.3. It's very tight, the dial, so it's a little harder to turn than expected. Overall, this is a fun item to add to school supplies.

Mainly acquired for tee timing. I wanted to have a timer next to the pot so I don't forget to set it every time. But that is very inaccurate. You have to far exceed the time limit if you set it to a few minutes or it won't work. The sound is kind of broken and anemic. And then it keeps ticking after the call. It doesn't seem accurate at all. It's cute, but ultimately useless.

A simple way to keep track of time. Funny bell alerts kids when reading time is up, 2 minutes to brush teeth, shower time limit - the choices are yours! ** Don't forget to read the instructions - to set the time, first turn the knob clockwise until the end of 60 minutes, then set the desired time counter-clockwise.

I was originally attracted to this product because it looks smart and I wanted something less boring as it will be used in a classroom. The timer is a bit flimsy as turning the dial isn't precise enough for the real time it takes for an item, and whenever it rings it's not loud enough. Also, the item keeps ticking after the time is up, which is weird. I just had to use the web timer through my smartboard. I suggest you save money and use an internet timer.

this item has worked 2 times. The call worked once. then stopped altogether. I understand this happens but not worth trying a refund for. Product $10. They give you a return label and ask you to find time during the day to go to UPS to ship it back. costs about 3.00 for a mailing envelope. So my time plus 3.00 per envelope so I get back 7.00 just isn't worth it. make/sell the best product. I think the bad rating is worth the 10 I will lose. DO NOT BUY NOT WORTH

It's amazing how other reviews complain that after a while it doesn't buzz. It is not battery operated and the product description is VERY CLEAR that you have to turn the dial for 60 minutes and then turn it back for the desired time. This is a manual timer. That's how they work. However, this timer is awesome. It's so cute and the texture doesn't slip. It works great every time, even after my 2 year old dropped it multiple times in the harsh kitchen.
