Not worth the investment

Based on our own experience, these shape discs were a disappointment .Although they did manage to extrude the clay as promised, the shapes were often irregular and the discs were difficult to clean. The investment in this particular tool did not pay off in our crafting results..

Pros
  • Extruded clay as promised
Cons
  • Shapes irregular, difficult to clean

Amazing tool for Arts and Crafts

These shape discs are perfect for adding intricate details to my clay creations. Based on my observations, they are durable and easy to attach to the extruder. The range of shapes allows me to experiment with different designs and add unique touches to my pottery .however I wish there were even more shapes to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this product for anyone interested in ceramics and pottery..

Pros
  • Offers a wide variety of creative shape options for clay extrusion.
Cons
  • Requires a separate clay extruder machine for use, adding to the cost and storage requirements of the product.

Dissatisfied with the purchase.

I ordered this tool because I thought I could make a prom cap tassel on a cake my daughter and I baked. Fondant was used but it didn't work. Perhaps this is for clay only and should not be used with fudge or gum paste. Even with strong pressure on the syringe, the fudge did not come out. We just have to find a better tool. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts & Sewing
Cons
  • Requires socket
