The product itself is good, there is nothing wrong with that. The post does NOT describe the product AT ALL. I didn't know what material any part of the mat was made of and didn't find out until it arrived (it's hard plastic, not the soft mat I assumed). Nowhere in the product description does it say this and I had to return the product.

The material is scratchy and the rest is hard foam that doesn't stick to your wrist at all (not like memory foam or gel). This makes my wrist too high for the mouse and I have to rest most of my hand on it to get a straight wrist. I'm only giving 2 stars because maybe someone wants really high recovery with material that doesn't compress.

I gave this product 5 stars because although I have some issues with it I have had it for over 5 years and I still use it every day at work. So he must be doing something right.
