T-Bar Locking Technology attaches to laptops, desktops, TVs, monitors, hard drives, docking stations, projectors or any other device featuring a Kensington Security Slot. Strong 10mm lock head offers uncompromised security for even the thinnest laptops and devices; Patented Hidden Pin Technology provides anti-pick features unique to Kensington. Self-coiling carbon steel cable stretches up to 3 feet or shrinks down to 3 inches for easy packing; special hinge eliminates awkward angles and provides ease of locking/unlocking. Can anchor to a desk, table or any fixed structure. NOTE: May not work with 2016 and newer Dell laptops and tablets including some Inspiron, Latitude, Venue, XPS, and Chromebook 13 models that use the Noble lock slot. Well built but much shorter than 6 feet in use

Well made, but the coiled cord is much shorter than 6 feet. Expect it to be only two to three feet in practical use expands. Consider the direct version instead.
