Apart from the light color which is attractive and appealing, this teapot is disappointing and not what I was hoping for. Of course, I wasn't expecting the quality of a $40 kettle, but I was expecting better quality than a kid's toy or dollar store item.

This is a kettle. You boil water in it and it does its job well, but it can't stand high flames on a gas stove without discoloring. So after a week my kettle looks old and burnt. The handle also gets very hot, I have to use an oven mitt.

I really liked this teapot. It has brought bright colors to my kitchen. I've had this kettle for about 2 months now and wasn't too happy to see the color discoloration on the sides of the kettle. It's too late to go back now and it's a sore point in my kitchen.

I love this teapot! The turquoise color is so beautiful. Good loud whistle, which is good if like me you're doing something in another room. I bought a matching turquoise dinnerware set! Just don't place it on a glass plate without a triangular wire (which should also be ordered).

Bought for him. He loves to. Especially since it whistles when it's hot. He loves his tea every night. Best of all, he can relax in his favorite spot while he waits for his kettle to whistle when he's done. One of his favorites from Christmas 2020. In green, of course.

I like this kettle. I wanted green and I'm very happy with the vibrant green on this one. Enough water is included for brewing tea and other culinary needs. The whistle is loud and flows easily. (Six months later: This kettle is very badly rusted on the inside after almost daily use and drying out between uses. I expected it to last longer.)

I bought this kettle because I liked its vibrant turquoise color and because it was a whistling kettle. It looks great in my kitchen because I have other items (like a Keurig coffee maker) that are also turquoise. The only downside to the metal teapot is the handle. You just can't pick it up without using an oven mitt or other towel. The rubber on the handle is too thin and cannot absorb all of the heat from the fire.
