Original Nissan. works perfectly.

I ordered this FOB as a spare and use it often. Had to take it to the Nissan dealer for programming but it works as expected.

Pros
  • done
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Batting 50% in Anti-Theft

I bought these because the used car I bought from the dealer only had one key. The dealer programmed one of them but said the other didn't work so my 2 stars are for the one that worked and minus 3 points for the other fob that failed.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Exchange Availability

Best Interior Deal

Works great! All I had to do was call a locksmith who came to my house and programmed the key. He charged me $80. Spent $49 for a key and $80 for remote programming. That's a lot better than the Nissan dealer who wanted about $500 for the remote and programming.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Anything I can add

THIS QUALITY - Keyless entry systems

keyfobs work great. Firstly, the alarm in my pocket is sensitive and may set off the car alarm if you have other things in your pocket. Went to a battery store that made keychains. Had. Put the original and the two copies back. The cost was about $110 plus a keychain. Much cheaper than at the dealer. It took the store about half an hour to say everything was ready. Very happy!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Other other

Works like the original an order of magnitude smaller!

This was able to be programmed into my 2015 Nissan Rouge SV. I lost my two key fobs. Neither the dealer nor the locksmith in town had them, it came the next day and the locksmith programmed them straight away! All buttons work. It seems lighter than my original key fob and is not a genuine Nissan product but works the same way. Nissan charged me $215 for the key fob plus $120 for in-car programming. Saved me a lot of money the key paid $100 to mobile locksmith. I definitely recommend this…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Nothing
