Bought to replace my 2009 Malibu remote. On the original remote, the buttons stopped working for me even after replacing the battery. When I received this replacement remote I simply opened both up and moved the original remote internals into the replacement remote. Worked great! No programming required.

What I paid for this remote and the price to program it was a lot less than going back to the dealer and buying it. I have a 2010 Chevy Malibu and would recommend buying this product from Revain and taking it with you for programming. It works just like the original remote that was in my car. If needed I would buy this product from Revain again.

I am very satisfied. I've read reviews where the locksmith's rubbish talked about cheap key fobs (probably because they weren't bought from them at a car dealership etc). No junk from my mechanic. He said they were fine and no problem programming. I made both for $20 and they were ready in minutes. Good product. They are inexpensive, come with a battery and are easy to program. You can't win a deal like that. Brilliant!

After reading other reviews the first thing I tried was to take the "guts" of my previous remote and put it in the housing of the new one Remote control. It worked great. Apparently my old remote didn't work because of the case, not the electronics. Maybe the buttons are worn out? I tried programming a new remote using the online guide but it didn't work. My original key fob broke so I called the nearest GM dealership and asked how much a replacement would cost and to my surprise they told me it was programmed for $150. Ouch! So I checked the internet and saw this, the best fit at a great price. I called the same dealer and asked how much they would charge to program this product and they told me $25 if it worked or not. I decided to take a chance and today I programmed it and it worked on my Pontiac G6! So I highly recommend this trail! $35 vs.
