Great price compared to buying from a dealer. Saves a lot of money. You just have to program yourself. My husband did it so I don't know how difficult it was but he said it was worth it. We've both had pink ones for a few years and they still work great!

The 2001 Pontiac Firebird I bought 2 years ago came with only 1 remote and it didn't work very well. I didn't know if the problem was with the remote control or with the "box" in the car. I bought these remote controls not expecting much. They were ready to go with the batteries installed. I found programming guides online and they worked like a charm. Now I have 2 remote controls from the car. If anything goes wrong I will update my review. But for now 5 stars!

Product works as advertised. Only gave 4 stars because it arrived with no programming guide but had a website card for instructions. The online guide does not state that the remotes must be programmed following the instructions for each remote or both remotes at the same time (program the second remote immediately after the first, do not repeat the entire process for the second remote). . It took about 3 minutes to figure out and program both remotes. Both worked just as well as the original.
