Why have I waited so long?

Both of my 02 Tahoe remotes were broken. I went to our local locksmith who offered a replacement. I was offered over $80 for ONE remote control. I said the price seemed pretty high but was told the new one would have to be reprogrammed from scratch which sounded like a big deal. When the person started programming the new one, my old one started working. I have decided not to buy a new one and am glad I wasn't scammed out of $80. A nice way to get them working!

Here's a dirty little secret. I bought these because they were for my car (Malibu 2011) and I wanted to learn how to code or program them. If you don't know how to program, here is a quick overview while sitting in a truck with the door closed. You toggle the key on and off, then let go of the unlock button and the truck should let you know it's ready to pair your key when you hear the locks toggle on and off. At this point, press and hold the release lock on the key fob until you hear the truck…

Simple and economical

I am absolutely satisfied for this price! My key fob from my 2002 Chevy Tahoe was just beginning its 13th year in a row and it certainly showed. I thought it was time to order a new pair. After doing that, I decided to buy this keychain combo pack. Upon arrival, I immediately took the keychains out of the package and set out to do a real test. When I put my Tahoe into pairing mode, I started with my original one and also paired two new keychains. As expected, it worked flawlessly and set up was
