Actually works more reliably to power my ResMed Aircurve bipap than an OEM unit. More reliable, cheaper, smaller and lighter than the bulky and unreliable one that came with my car. Winner. I bought two so I always have one in my travel bag.

I bought this unit to replace a brand new RESMED power supply that broke two months after purchase. This adapter was 1/2 the price and seems to work great. I'll try to remind myself to post in a few months to make sure it's longer than RESMED.

This was a solution when my standard charger stopped working. I played not knowing if my CPAP was dead or the charger was defective. This charger brought it back to life and allayed my concerns about replacing the CPAP.

. The adapter is smaller than the one it replaces so I was concerned about its durability. But it doesn't seem to get as hot as the replacement unit and has been working well so far. It's a bit easier to travel with.

Bought as a travel spare for a CPAP machine (Resmed Series 10). It's smaller, lighter and costs less than a third of what OE manufacturers do. It has worked flawlessly for me so far, so that I can leave the heavy original power supply unit in the bedroom when I travel. FYI, Revain's photos don't show a power cord, but it does come with one.
