do not buy! I'm so mad I lost so much money. I'm not sure if this seller is selling fakes or what, but I've barely used this lamp and it was already starting to make loud noises and completely shut off within a month or two of purchase. I tried to go back but I can't!

These products have been used and are defective. I haven't had mine in a month and it keeps turning off and making a very loud noise. I'd recommend just adding $50 to your budget and buying it direct from Kiara Sky.

I have a licensed nail technician and was very apprehensive about ordering a professional product from Amazon, especially such an expensive machine. But I ordered about 6 months ago (only now left a review for this reason) and have had no problems so far. Works the same as the ones we have in store, ordered from the Kiarasky website. It was 100% legal and paperwork was included for shipping under warranty. I'm glad I can save money by ordering real professional products from Amazon 🙌👍💯

Ordered two, delivered 11/13/18. From 5.12. one is already broken and they are non-refundable. As a licensed professional, I am extremely disappointed and unimpressed. I will not buy anything from Kiara Sky again.

Don't buy if you have a decent number of customers. I bought this lamp in September 2018 and have been having problems with it for several months now. First, the lamp didn't want to charge normally, didn't want to hold a charge and now it doesn't even want to turn on 2! piece 💩. For the money the lamp cost I was hoping it would last at least 1 year without incident but it looks like I was wrong.

Lights on for a month, screen flickers for the first 2 weeks. Now the light doesn't come on at all. I tried contacting the company, asked them to send me another one and I could send it back. They said no, they don't. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
