They run small with no size tags. I have 2 girls with 1 size difference, hard to tell when washed and no tag. Apart from that they are great.

They fit the photos I wanted them for but they just didn't fit my son a bit. The bib was a bit short even with adjustable straps and was a little tight around the waist. They still fit him, but were comfortable. My kid is a small size for his age so he usually wears a 2T/3T and this was a size 3.

I bought size 18m for my 1 year old daughter. The clips do not "snap" so they can easily fall off or be removed. The hips didn't fit my one year old, seemed very tight at the waist. She never wore it because the straps fell off when I put it on. Although cute. May work for some.
