I bought Kikkerland paper straws with a birch pattern last May and today I'm ordering another box with a bamboo pattern. I really love this product and it's nice to know that it's biodegradable and I'm not throwing away plastic that lasts forever in my trash! I really like the look, I bought these for a reptile party and they were really cute but personally I feel too much paper when sipping my drink. They can last a long time in a cup before absorbing too much liquid, my kids didn't seem to mind. My taste buds are just more sensitive, so this may not be an issue for you.
