I like the fact that it's omnidirectional and there's .

I bought this antenna to replace our Braun Concord motorized antenna which is no longer supported. I like that it's omnidirectional and has no moving parts. I installed it in the same place as the old antenna and it took just over an hour because I had to lengthen the 12VDC wires a bit. After the connection we got 41 channels, which is about twice as much as we could get with the old antenna. We are very happy with our purchase.

Pros
  • Rugged finish
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Not as good as we would like. I think it's back to the drawing board

I bought this with high hopes that I would never have to rotate an antenna or track a signal again. Spring. this is not exactly what i got. I had some bullshit with the King OA8300. With this setup I have 68 channels from my driveway (I live about 70 miles from LA but I'm pretty sure there are reinforced antennas about 30 miles away). The best I could get with this antenna is 18 channels (not counting the main networks). Looks like this antenna is a colossal waste of money. Return to the…

Amazing antenna for accessories and consumables

I have 2 RV's: 1 RV with pivoting antenna with large directional head and trailer with omnidirectional head. At the same campsite in the same location, the Nameless Omnidirectional received 76 channels, the King Omnidirectional received 102. However, my King directional receives 120 channels, but does not receive some of the channels from the south that the Omnidirectional receives. In short, this is an amazing omnidirectional antenna, if you use it instead of a directional antenna you might…

Works as described - audio and video accessories

Installed this King Omni-Pro on the roof of a camper van to replace the King Jack TV antenna that we had left on a branch somewhere. Plug it in and it brings very clear signals from cities just over 100 miles away. Easy to install and I love that I don't have to rotate it to find the strongest signal like I did with King Jack. I want the base to be built more solidly like King Jack. Whatever was blasted from our King Jack's head, its base remained completely intact. I hope we don't come across…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for elderly

I have real experience with the Wingard Rayzar and King Omni Pro. The Omni Pro picks up more channels from longer distances and seems to be picking them up well. I've parked our bus in the same spot multiple times when we've had a Rayzar, and the Omni Pro is consistently better in every way. Highly recommended. I installed with an optional base plate and installed without drilling with 3m Marine Adhesive/Sealant 4000. You have to blow this thing up to take it down. However, the 3m product is…

I love this antenna!

I don't write many reviews but this one stands out. I've always had an inverted antenna that needs to be rotated to find a station. Sometimes I even forget to post. I decided to try this omnidirectional antenna. I love it. I just installed it on the roof in an open area very close to the antenna. I unplugged the cable from the old antenna and used a short cable and connector to connect it to this new antenna. Since my old antenna was already equipped with a 12V booster, I didn't have to install

Pros
  • Slim design

  • Long delivery time

Works perfectly!

I installed this antenna on my 1955 Airstream and am very satisfied. I installed this King omnidirectional antenna and now have three times more stations than whip or window antennas. NOTE: A DC POWER INJECTOR MUST BE USED (not to be confused with a linear antenna amplifier)! I've read mixed reviews but I have to trust that any negative reviews are due to improper installation and not the use of a voltage injector. This antenna has a built in amplifier that receives phantom power via a coaxial…

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • No automatic

My opinion on the King OmniPro omnidirectional antenna

After doing some research and looking for small hands while testing this antenna I decided to try it myself. Some of the reviews sound like they're coming from people living in a city not far from the TV towers. I live 50 miles from a big bunch of digital TV signals, which isn't really that far. With that said, I opened the box to find an aesthetically pleasing fully enclosed antenna and wall plate with a power injector. After a few hookups and powering up, I installed this antenna on the outer
