This is a very pretty piece of jewelry. i love the design Not very well made and the materials are questionable but I would still put it on a jacket, shirt or dress. This is costume jewelry and it is perfect for this purpose.

The pin is not very good quality, cheap but looks good and adds character and style. The back of the stone is a safety pin style and the coin is a pin style which I don't like but works well. The chains are quite flimsy and will likely break if even slightly snagged on something, but add a nice touch. It's very pretty but also very crooked. The blue stone is not fully seated in its body and is not centered at all. This makes the brooch look noticeably crooked. The coin isn't the same color as the brooch, but it's well detailed on its own, so I'll probably separate them.

So it's a good "costume" accessory but not the quality I was hoping or expecting. Although the chain position matches the product image, you will notice that it is upside down (which is exactly how it should be) in the promotional photo attached to the actual lapel. I turned it right side up and left the chain hanging behind the awl, but it doesn't look as clean that way. I'll probably unclip the ring and put it on properly.

Really deep. The blue stone shines and shimmers as it moves. And small clear crystals help too. A real eye-catcher wherever it goes. It has a pin as well as another way of attaching to clothing. Both are firmly bound for many years of service. Also came with an extra clasp in case someone gets lost. Four stars!
