Terrible design, poor customer service, misleading advertising

OMG worst design. Same problem with the rising shower head as other reviewers and although it's advertised as a wall mount it obviously isn't. $$$ Plumbing repair and still not done.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • volume

The riser literally rises with use

This shower is a work of art. However, the riser is adjustable, which is good in theory, but in use it rises with the water pressure and reaches to the ceiling. My contractor pulled the racquet to the max, but that didn't matter.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Not intended for the shower; not sure if for bath too

detachable shower holder too high on counter and won't move. The product is nice but upon installation I found that the detachable shower head is fixed too high for children or even small adults when the valves are at the correct height for a standing shower. Would be better suited to a bath, except this configuration does not come with a bath faucet or valve to divert the water into one.

Disgusting customer service!

The description says it is for wall mounting but the connection through the wall is too short to accommodate the wall material and tiles. Emailed Kingston Brass Technical Support and Jorge replied that this faucet is for wall mounting in the bath only. It doesn't say that anywhere in the description! Then he suggested I buy some ugly swivel knees from them to make it work. I showed my plumber a photo of the faucets and he said it would be weird to add them to the faucet. So I wrote to Jorge…

Same problem as the two previous commenters.

The shower looks good but I have exactly the same issues as the other two reviews. When you turn on the water, the head flies into the ceiling and even broke our exhaust fan. There should be a plug or something, but the contractor couldn't find it. Also, the hand shower is ridiculously large. I'm 5.6 and have to stretch to get him off the cradle. And there's no way to set it lower. Or that? I am extremely disappointed. UPDATE: I called the company and they told me that the contractor needs to…

Not for wall mounting and lift spray

Two things mentioned in other reviews. 1) Kingston Brass states that this bracket is only suitable for bathtub mounting, not wall mounting, so you will need to lengthen the components that go into the wall to get the correct thickness. The support team also advised me to buy elbow pads which don't solve the problem properly. This is advertised incorrectly and the company does not offer the right solution either. Our plumber had to find the right components to increase the length of the…
