We bought two of these faucets and one started dripping on the cold side. The plumber came back and fixed it. Due to the broken washer shown in the photo, it then started leaking as in the video on the left.

We have ordered three replacement faucets for all of our bathrooms. They are great and easy enough to install. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it was supposed to come with both white and oak handles and the oak handles were missing, which is a VERY common occurrence. So if you're buying for the oak handles; I would not.

There are no wooden handles as pictured. Bought for investment properties months in advance (short sales always take forever). When I went to open the box for the installation, I found right at the beginning of the repair that the required parts were not there. My return date is long past and I'm not sure if the company will replace or ship the wooden handles.

We are very glad to have found a style similar to the original faucet in our home. It was easy to install with your own hands and I highly recommend it. We are very happy with the style, finish and overall quality. Two minuses - the low flow is annoying (there is a lot of water here in the Northeast). The stop lever was thinner and looked cheaper than the original faucet so I reused it.

I actually bought two of these for the double sink in my master bathroom to replace a 25+ year old faucet that one started to drip from. A set of Kingston faucets started leaking about 6 months ago. Less than two years. And so began the second set. Both have hot water. Pathetic, cheap quality. Will never recommend or buy again.
