Good item for the price.

I bought some of these to use as disposable disks. Not exactly throwaway, but only if you need a USB drive, in which case you can lose it. I use them in situations where I don't need to get back from someone. They are also handy for copying movies onto them for use on TVs in motels/hotels and you might accidentally forget them on the back of the TV.

Slower than a snail - Terribly slow transfer rate

Kingston has always been my memory and storage supplier. Because of this product, I'm not sure I'll try again. I am shocked that this flash drive has received such good reviews from other buyers. This is by far the WORST flash drive I have ever owned. I download music to it and use it to listen in the car. The transfer speed is terrible. Sometimes the maximum speed reaches 5MB/s, but generally it stays LESS than 1MB/s when transferring music files to a disc. I'm transferring one right now and…

Much slower than advertised

As others have noted, the write speed is a measly 12 MB/s. Read speed is okay, but not as expected or close to the advertised rated speed (e.g. less than 1/4). I tested H2testw (latest version) as well as the test built into Windows 10 and copied and moved a 1.6GB file using TeraCopy. I understand that formatting takes up some space, but the 57.7GB left over from 64GB seems like a lot, but I don't have another 64GB flash drive to compare it to. At $7.55 total, it's still a decent value for the…

Just don't buy from Data Storage

I strongly advise against buying. It's advertised as a USB 3.2 flash drive, it may meet the specs, but you won't read/write it any faster than a USB 2.0 flash drive for large files. Cache, but once in use, transfer speed drops sharply to USB 2.0 speed or lower. See, there are better USB 2.0 flash drives than this USB 3.2 drive. Please read this statement again. You will not be satisfied with this drive. It's like big companies branding their logo and giving it away for free as conventions. Poor
